“Transition”

Herrall remembered the horrible noise and the feeling of flying.
He had felt a terrible impact at the center of his back and his head, but only for a second.
He also remembered seeing the large vehicle blur as it left his field of vision.
Now, he felt light and free. His body (no, not his body – he was looking at his body), his spirit(?) was slowly rising from his body and he could see it lying there, not moving. He could also see the license plate number. He smiled. Who would he tell? And what good would it do?

I guess you get super-vision when your spirit leaves your body. How else could he read the license plate number? One thing’s for certain, I’ll sleep better tonight knowing Perry is on the case. Good story, Scott.

How much can a ghost do?…Well if you believe in the movies… “Ghost” – the one with Whoopi Goldberg, or how about the one with the kid who ‘sees dead people?’ I think Harrall has more than half a chance 🙂
Uh, oh…the parimedics are coming they might just bring Harrall around and then…if he can only remember….’Thump, Thump!’
