FSF – Five Sentence Fiction – “Fabric” 8/17/2013 PG13

Five Sentence Fiction – Fabric

What it’s all about: Five Sentence Fiction is about packing a powerful punch in a tiny fist. Each week I will post a one word inspiration, then anyone wishing to participate will write a five sentence story based on the prompt word.

The word does not have to appear in your five sentences, just use it for direction.

This week:  Fabric

Read my story, then click on the pic above to go to the list of the rest!!!

“Fabric”

By Scott L Vannatter

Jose held the material up and tried to peer through the ruggedness and the many colors.

Sandra took a moment and tried to pose her question before asking her what she was doing.

“Well, understand that this is my first time ever to hold some fabric of the universe and I think I have folded it wrong so that several of the planets with water and other liquids have spilled into some stars and now there is a black hole in the center of it all.”

“That’s okay, Jose, you have just verified the latest theory of all those scientists on Earth.”

“Okay, good, ‘cuz I don’t think that Chlorox is gonna get this one clean without a lot of other problems!”

Love it Now

Love is ever-present within our own Being but we might not feel it until we live in the Now. "Love it Now" was created to share ideas about loving and being present in the here and now. Enjoy!
