Row, Row, Row!

By Scott L Vannatter – 100 Words

Derik looked out over the vastness of the ocean. Their dilemma made him more than a little nervous.

He looked at Cecil.

“What? You are still blaming me for the yacht going down, aren’t you?”

“I knew it! Well, it was an accident. The flare gun went off and the container of fuel…”

He began to lay down.

“Don’t!” Derik hollered, scaring him.

“What’s the matter?”

“So? What are you….OWW!”

“Sorry, I tried to tell you.”

“Taste good!?”
