What a Beautiful Sound – But Let’s Stop Music in the Schools!

I will be kinda sparse here for a couple of weeks.  Not leaving, but gonna be real busy.  I still hope to read and comment on a lot of posts by all of you.

To leave you on a “High Note”, so to speak, here is the reason we should stop all music and art in the schools.  Please read that last line as sarcastic crap!

That takes so much teamwork, effort, practice, and skill!  How can we take this opportunity and others like it away from our children?

Raise a real stink about this one!

Music and art is important not only in school but in every aspect of life in my opinion. I love music.

Oh goodness! You had me going for a minute there! My husband is a high school band director – one more year til retirement – I also have a daughter who is a band director and so is her husband and my son Andrew is a music major in college though he doesn’t want to teach. He wants to perform. He is a percussionist and I will be sending this video to him. Music and art is very important in the schools. ~Elle

Love it Now

Love is ever-present within our own Being but we might not feel it until we live in the Now. "Love it Now" was created to share ideas about loving and being present in the here and now. Enjoy!
