I was eating today at one of my favorite restaurants and when leaving stopped to go to the restroom. I entered the stall and sat. As I sat there, two men had a conversation by the door/sink. It went something like this:
1st Man: Have you ever gone to the restroom at <?>?
2nd Man: No, I haven’t.
1st Man: Well, they have a handle at the top of the door so you can use that instead of touching the doorknob.
2nd Man: That’s great!
1st Man: I thought so too!
I am not laughing; I am holding my head in my hands thinking what a world we have. Two grown men discussing being able to touch something to keep germs away when, if everyone does it, that handle will have all the germs of the doorknob! I was speechless. Probably good as I might have said something bad (since my stroke has turned off that filter at times).
Now, I watched this clip again tonight and it occurs to me why we have such problems as this clip discusses. You watch and see if you can’t figure it out. The two men above would never understand.
Namaste, my friends, Namaste,
Scott

What I hate is when I am at work and I witness someone that doesn’t wash their hands… and then see them again standing in front of me in the buffet line! Ugh! =\
